Flex Seal Liquid Flood Protection is part of the SECUR Low-Level Flood Protection System and is a removable, waterproof liquid rubber product that helps protect structures from damaging low-level floodwater by seeping into gaps, cracks, and openings and drying to a strong, flexible, rubberized, watertight coating that seals out water while remaining flexible. It is designed to be used as a final layer of protection over other Flood Protection products to help seal small pinholes or openings missed in earlier layers. Can be brushed, rolled, or poured directly onto surfaces or over previous layers with each coat overlapping the last. Begins holding back water in as little as one hour. When used as directed has been independently verified to hold back up to 3 ft of water for 14 days on gaps up to an eighth of an inch, and once floodwaters recede the liquid can be easily removed.
- Designed to help slow down or even stop low-level floodwater from entering structures by sealing gaps, cracks, and openings with a waterproof rubberized coating.
- Intended as a final layer of protection that overlaps and enhances other Flood Protection products for a multilayer defense.
- Begins holding back water in about one hour and has independent verification for resisting water intrusion up to 3 ft for 14 days on small gaps when applied as directed.
